Lots of buildings to look at when you're abroad. This is one of them (well, 1.5 if you include the reflection). In downtown Calgary, you see a lot of these reflections...and buildings.
This is a beautiful example of the variety of buildings in Calgary. You know, pedestrians in Calgary don't typically cross the street when there are no cars coming from either direction on a red light. Now, I know this is technically "against the law" but really... no cars as far as the eyes can see! Cross! It's good for you!
Who hasn't dreamed of this? A building made of what appear to be cookie wafers! That's all the buildings for now.
At the entrance of the Calgary Science Centre, there lies a set of rings that circulate. These would be those rings. I never quite figured out what they mean, but I'm sure it's something scientific, especially in the winter. "Don't put your tongue on that!"
Came across these two gents having a lively discussion. Couldn't hear a thing, but I'm sure it had something to do with a koala.
Now this woman made a wonderful impact on one of the streets that allow no vehicular traffic. She played a harp hooked up to an amplifier. It almost sounded like a piano. Either way, it was a beautiful music. I get paid nothing for this, but if you like classical and celtic sounds, check out her site by clicking here.
I mean, come on. This was at least as tasty as it looks. It looks like art! Have you ever known art NOT to be tasty? Anyway, I had this at a stopoff at Joey Tomato's, a restaurant specialising in all things tasty. In case you're wondering, I had three of these.
Oh, if you want to email me, I'm all eyes.
